Jonathan and Helen McGill 

Jonathan has been in Eldership since 1991 soon  
after the church was first planted out from Biggin Hill 
Christian Fellowship and has been Pastor and in full 
time ministry since 1996. Jonathan is a passionate 
and gifted teacher of the Word of God, and with 
humour and practical application, he encourages the 
church to be continuously digging deeper into the 
purposes of God for our lives.

Jonathan also heads up the award winning Street Pastors Team in Bromley and leads 
the monthly meeting for men called PROSPER, usually held at Bromley Town Church.
Helen plays a key pastoral role alongside Jonathan and shares his enthusiasm and 
commitment for the church and the local community. She leads the women’s ministry 
at Bromley Town Church, aptly named ‘Inspire’, and teaches with amazing insight 
and a wonderful warm sense of humour.   Helen is involved with the Alpha Courses 
and is part  of the Allsorts Team on a Thursday morning.

Clive and Gail Horner

Clive and Gail have been active members of the church since its inception. Clive is purchasing director for a major private healthcare organisation and has been an Elder at the church since 1993. He is an integral member of the Pastoral Team and not only provides support, leadership and management skills, but is totally dedicated to building the house of God and making a difference in his neighbourhood and workplace.

Gail works as a Speech Therapy assistant for a special college in Hayes. She is a
vital part of the Kids Team at Bromley Town Church and is deeply committed to 
seeing the children grow in their knowledge of God. Together, Clive and Gail help 
with the Alpha Courses, are training for Street Pastors and both have an 
infectious desire to help people meet with Jesus and find their destiny in Him.   

Claire Stevens  

Claire works at the church building Monday to Thursday and 
spends Fridays as a library assistant in West Wickham. Her
role as Care Co-ordinator for the church includes overseeing
the Life Groups, is part of the Allsorts Team, administrating
the Alpha Course, and playing a vital role in supporting
Jonathan and Helen on a day to day basis, all of which are 
done with tremendous dedication, wisdom and compassion.
She has had training and much experience in counselling, and 
is committed to seeing people set free from the things that
hold them back from reaching their full potential in Christ.

Rick Hilton

Rick is an Associate for a leading engineering firm in London. As Worship Leader, talented musician and songwriter, Rick leads the church in times of powerful praise and intimate worship. He has a persistent desire to see God truly glorified in our times of worship together and also in our everyday lives.
