Jonathan and Helen McGill
Jonathan has been in Eldership since 1991 soon after the church was first planted out from Biggin Hill Christian Fellowship; he joined the Church staff in 1996 and has been the senior Pastor since 2000. Jonathan is a passionate and gifted teacher of the Word of God, and with humour and practical application, he is a man of prayer and the word and he encourages the church to be continuously digging deeper into the purposes of God for our lives.
Jonathan also heads up the award winning Street Pastors Team in Bromley. Helen plays a key pastoral role alongside Jonathan and shares his enthusiasm and commitment for the church and the local community. She leads the women’s ministry at Bromley Town Church, aptly named ‘Inspire’, and teaches with amazing insight and a wonderful warm sense of humour.
Clive and Gail Horner
Clive and Gail have been active members of the church since its inception. Clive is purchasing director for a major private healthcare organisation and has been an Elder at the church since 1993. He is an integral member of the Leadership Team and not only provides support, leadership and management skills, but is totally dedicated to building the house of God and making a difference in his neighbourhood and workplace.
Gail works as a Speech Therapy assistant for a special college in Hayes. She is a vital part of the Kids Team at Bromley Town Church and is deeply committed to seeing the children grow in their knowledge of God. Together, Clive and Gail help with the Alpha Courses, are Street Pastors, and both have an infectious desire to help people meet with Jesus and find their destiny in Him.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Jonathan and Clive have formed a wider leadership team to help give more depth to the leadership and oversight to the day to day running of the Church. Rick Hilton and Colin Bloom both serve with Jonathan and Clive on this leadership
team.
