KidsChurch is a morning full of fun-packed activities for everyone of primary school age, and happens every Sunday morning during term time. Our CRB checked leaders run energetic and interactive sessions, so that parents can know their children are having a great time while they enjoy the main service.
On a Sunday morning we join in the worship with our parents, then leave the main service at around 10:30am to go upstairs to our KidsChurch room. The morning always starts with a variety of Activity Stations, and children choose which activity they want to join in with – this is also a great opportunity to catch up with friends. Activities can include crafts, games, DVDs, drama – and more!
We come together as a large group to worship and learn about some of the great principles found in the bible. We also meet in smaller groups with children of similar ages to pray and to talk about making good choices for our lives and how we can apply what we have learnt through games, chatting and creative work.
During the morning good behaviour is rewarded and we have lots of chances to win prizes.
At the end of every term we have a special prize giving and party morning.
Sparklers Party - for all children school years reception to yr 2. Once a term, we have a special themed party for our younger children in Kidschurch that takes place after the Sunday morning service.
